Page Builder - Online Submissions

Brothers, we're
trying to make the process for you to get your event information
distributed to our council membership as easy as possible
- but it's a work in progress, so please be patient as
we work out the kinks! If you have any questions, comments
or suggestions, please contact our Web Master (

Using
the form below, you can either fill out the boxes
as indicated, or, if you happen to have an old document
(i.e. Word .doc, or .txt file) that you might have submitted
in past years for Knightline publication, you can copy
and paste it into the Event Details area of the form and
save yourself the work of retyping.
Alternatively,
you can click on the One
Click Auto E-mail Button, which will open
up your local e-mail software, and attach your
existing document file, plus any photos or graphics that
you would like to accompany your information, and submit
that way instead - or possibly a combination of both!
In either case,
your information gets forwarded to our web master, who
then creates a unique page for your event on our web site.
The event will be listed on our Events page which will
then link to your particular event page. This same link
will be included in mass e-mails to the membership so
they can go directly to your event page, read the details,
and be able to fill out an online volunteer form that
will generate an e-mail going directly to you informing
you of their intent to help.
Please note,
that if you are going to be out of touch for a period
of time (vacation, etc.) during which you're expecting
responses, and cannot attend to any submissions or queries,
it would be advisable to set your e-mail service's Vacation
Responder to notify people of your return date.
